The Nervous System

Stress and trauma activate the body’s survival response, disrupting the central nervous system’s (CNS) capacity to regulate itself.  Dysregulation can keep the body in a prolonged state of perceived threat, contributing to anxiety, depression, chronic pain, health challenges, and relationship patterns rooted in protection rather than connection. When the nervous system becomes caught in survival mode, it can lose access to the deeper wisdom, ease, and clarity that arise when the body feels grounded and secure.

Healing the nervous system supports neuroplasticity, fostering the creation of new neural pathways and expanding the brain’s capacity for resilience. As survival responses soften, individuals increase their sense of safety, reinterpret internal signals, and release old patterns no longer serving them. This process cab feel like a homecoming, a gradual return to the truth that one is inherently whole, supported, and capable of transformation. Through repeated experiences of regulation, presence, and compassionate awareness, the nervous system learns to trust life again, integrating past experiences and opening space for authentic growth and deeper self-alignment.

Somatic and Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST), somatic practices, and Internal Family Systems (parts work) provides holistic and sustained healing.

CST utilizes gentle, noninvasive touch to release tension patterns stored in the fascia, musculature, and central nervous system. As the body unwinds, clients often experience improvements in sleep, reductions in anxiety, depressive symptoms, and relief from chronic pain. CST provide the nervous system a state of stillness where the body’s innate intelligence can emerge, guiding clients back to a sense of inner wholeness and connection.

Somatic practices may include expressive movement, intuitive sound, free writing, guided visualization, conscious breathwork, and attuning to the felt sense of the body. This work often involves meeting the emotions stored within the tissues, inviting them to be felt and released, and reconnecting with younger or unconscious parts of the self through parts work and inner child work. Each practice helps bring the body back into presence, expression, and embodied truth.

Ketamine Journeys

Private sessions are offered in a ceremonial setting to create an intentional, safe and sacred healing space. Support with the preparation process along with integration practices cultivate lasting shifts in your life. We hold deep respect for the process and believe you are your own teacher, which the medicine illuminates within you. A guided journey allows you to go inward in a supported container to access what is unconscious while surrendering to being held in your process. We are not meant to do it all alone.

The experience is also appropriate for those who feel satisfied with life and are seeking personal growth or an expanded state of consciousness. All are welcome. The process provides new awareness to begin to acknowledge, accept and love the parts which want to awaken within you. Show up with trust and know you are supported in this journey of self discovery. We begin with a call to discuss what is present in your life, the process and complete a brief screening.

Preparation and Integration

In addition to somatic practices, movement and creativity are the most influential preparation and integration tools.

Movement is the body's original prayer, an essential life force that empowers the body and mind. Through movement, the body releases what is heavy, emotions, cortisol, tension, old stories, and opens to what is new and true. Movement boosts serotonin, improves mood and fosters harmony in the body. Through dance, stretching, shaking, walking, or simply following your breath, you invite spaciousness into your system. Intuitive movement is freedom through expression and leads to internal stillness, allowing the nervous system to soften, settle, and come home to itself.

Creativity is equally transformative, serving as a bridge between the inner world and the outer one. It shows up in countless forms—art, cooking, clothing, storytelling, music, problem solving, and the quiet rituals you create for yourself. Many of us first discovered creativity as children, using imagination to feel safe, to escape, or to make meaning when words were not enough. Ursula Le Guin reminds us that “the creative adult is the child who survived.” Reconnecting with this essence invites you to ask: What intuitive, creative practice once soothed me? And what nourishes me now? Creativity supports self-discovery, emotional regulation, and spiritual freedom. It invites you to express the parts of yourself longing to be seen, held, and integrated. Through creativity, the soul finds its voice, and healing becomes an act of remembering who you truly are.
