Inspired by the beauty of the human experience, Holly is dedicated to holding space for the process of meeting, accepting and loving yourself.​ She draws upon 15 years of experience in somatic based therapies. Holly's education and trainings include occupational therapy, transpersonal psychology, psychedelic assisted therapy, breathwork, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, somatic coaching and clinical therapy.

​Holly's personal journey serves as her greatest teacher guiding her to embrace and feel what is present in order to move forward and feel what is desired. She continues to reflect inward to open, soften and grow through the process of trusting herself and life. She feels the most fulfilled through expressions of compassion and creativity.

Lydia is a mother of two young adults, a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience in both Western and functional medicine, a certified life coach, and a psychedelic guide. Her work is rooted in deep presence and draws from a wide range of healing modalities—including NLP, somatic (body-based) practices, parts work (IFS), and intuitive guidance. She offers a grounded and compassionate space where your truth can be fully witnessed, deeply held, and courageously lived.

 

Her own journey has been shaped by motherhood, profound body wisdom, the exploration of expanded states of consciousness, and a lifelong commitment to holistic well-being. These experiences have led her to a life anchored in authenticity, clarity, and connection.
